Khao Sok Bird Watching
This magnificent national park, is within reasonable proximity to the popular tourist destination of Phuket. The park is surrounded by green mountains with abundant and protected wildlife. Programme to Khao Sok National Park will give you the opportunity to view lakes, waterfalls and jungle life, literally in the middle of nowhere
Many species of birds live within the park. It is possible to site up to 7 species of Kingfishers and resident Hornbills on a daily basis. Various monkeys including Gibbons and long tailed Macagues also make appearances throughout the day. Elephants and Tigers do reside in Kao Sok and occasionally make a "guest" appearance
Pick up from your hotel,transfer to Khao Sok,to explore White-crowned Hornbill,
Hooded Pitta,Red-throated Sunbird,Plain Sunbird,Purple-naped Sunbird,Banbed Kingfisher,Black-backed Kingfisher,Green Broadbill,Maroon Woodpecker and other species.
