Bird Watching Trip Report 2009 |
Nature And Bird Site Exploration Co., Ltd. was awarded Thailand Tourism Standard the 2008-2011 Bird Watching Tour Prize at Radison Bangkok Hotel on 27th November 2008 by The Office of Tourism Development.
This is the first Prize of Nature And Bird Site Exploration win, in this year had only 2 company was award.

Day 1-2 at Pak Thale and Lam Pak Bia Sandspit |
| November 7-8/2009,We start bird watching in Pak Thale and Lam Pak Bia,We saw one Spoon-billed Sandpiper in the early moning on day 2,and one Chinesse Egret, Malaysian Plover more than 15 birds at Lam Pak Bia Sandspit. |

Day 3-6 at Khao Yai National Park |
November 9-12/2009,We spend 4 days bird watching in Khao Yai National Park, We saw Red-headed Trogon, Orange-breasted Togon,Scaly-breasted Partridge, Banded Broadbill, Silver-breasted Broadbill, Long-tailed Broadbill,
Greater Yellownape, Heart-spotted Woodpecker,Great Hornbill,
Banded Kingfisher, Red-throated Flycatcher,Hainan Blue Flycatcher and many other birds. |

Day 7-10 at Doi Inthanon National Park/Chiang Mai |
November 13-16/2009,We spend 4 days in Doi Inthanon National Park,We saw many birds sach as:Blak-tailed Criag,
Dark-sided Thrush, Slaty-bellied Tesia, Lesser Shortwing,
White-browed Shortwing, Rufous-backed Sibia, Dark-backed Sibia, Plumbeous Redstart, River Chat, Black-backed Forktail,
Scaty-backed Forktail, Rufous-bellied Niltava,Small Niltava,
Chestnut-vented Nuthatch, Brown-throated Treecreeper and
many other birds in the area.

Day 11 at Chiang Sean Lake and Mea Khong River |
November 17/2009,We spend one full day in Chiang Sean Lake and Mea Khong River, in Chiang Sean Lake we saw
Great Cormorant, Spot-billed Duck, Common Teal, Tufted Duck, Ferruginous Pochard, Northern Pintail, Yellow Bittern,
Little Grebe, Lesser Whistling-Duck,and at Mea Khong River
we saw Small Pratincole, Racket-tailed Treepie and Pied Harrier. |

Day 12 at Tha Ton |
November 18/2009,We spend half day bird watching in Thaton,
We saw Jordon's Bushchat, Pied Bushchat, Pied Harrier, Rail Quil, Small Pratincole, Long-taled Shrike, Dusky Warbler, River Lapwing, Red Wattled Lapwing, White-breasted Waterhen,
Kentish Plover and other birds. |

Day 13-14 at Doi Ang Khang |
| November 19-20/2009,We spend 2 days bird watching in Doi Ang Khang, We saw Large Niltava,Stripe-breasted Woodpecker ,Hume's Pheasant, Spot-breasted Parrptbill, Silver-eared Mesia, White-nacked Laughingthrush, Great Barbet and many other birds,and end of the trip in the afternoon day 14/11/2009. |
